About the service
The credit cost of each tool (including 0) is set by the site administrator and may change at any time. A tool priced at 0 credits can be used free of charge, with no sign-in. Any tool with a nonzero credit cost — whether it's a calculator or a tool like the Assistant — requires a signed-in account and charges credits per result. No tool is guaranteed to be permanently free; the current price for any tool is always shown on /en/credits or on the tool's own page.
The practitioner directory is informational only — the people listed in it are not vetted, certified, or endorsed by vaastu.tools.
Accounts
When you sign up with Google or email, you're responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person.
Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid. Purchases are made by bank transfer and a receipt upload, and credits are added to your account once an administrator verifies the payment.
Credits do not expire. However, once credited to your account, payments are non-refundable — meaning once a credit purchase is confirmed, that payment is not returned.
The credit cost of any given tool may change, but such a change does not affect credits already in your account or their value.
Credits are charged only after a complete answer is delivered — a failed request or an empty/no-information answer does not charge credits.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the service programmatically, attempt to bypass rate limits, impersonate someone else, or upload unauthorized or harmful files.

The tools on this site provide calculations and information based on traditional Vaastu formulae only — they are not professional structural, legal, financial, or medical advice.
Before construction, it is your responsibility to consult a licensed engineer, architect, or other relevant professional. Following these calculations does not guarantee prosperity, health, or any other outcome.
Intellectual property
The site's software, design, and branding belong to vaastu.tools / J. Godakanda Arachchi. Files you upload (such as receipts) remain yours — you grant us permission to process them only to provide the service.
Third-party links
Third-party links — the practitioner directory, the Google Play link, and vaastu.lk — are provided for convenience. We make no warranty or representation about them.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Per the credit policy above, unused credits are not refunded.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We make every effort to keep calculations accurate, but in no case is our total liability greater than the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
